The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform). You can find this at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We would like to point out that the correspondingly linked website is not operated by us. According to the notification on the OS platform, the services mentioned there have been operational since 15.01.2016.
