Ignition and start switch
Ignition and start switches are start switches in which after the normal ON position, by continuing to rotate it further, another position, e.g. for actuating the starter motor, can be activated. This additional position does not lock into place, so that the ignition and start key switch returns to the ON position automatically by means of a spring. As key switch the key can generally be pulled out in the OFF position. Ignition and start switches are used for IC engines.
